Guide the design and implementation of marketing activities & include innovative marketing tactics, multi-channel opportunities, & multi-stakeholder initiatives to meet strategic marketing objectives & ensure all in-field materials, strategies, and tactics are aligned to drive the momentum of strategic objectives.
Monitor marketing KPIs, manage budget and marketing P&L, and track ROI measurements for all marketing activities to achieve or exceed plan objectives.
Develop and maintain effective business relationships with key customers and KOLs.
Lead planning and execution of marketing activities, ensuring sales team is equipped with skills and tools.
Good communication & management skills, reporting in English.
Bachelor degree or above, pharmaceutical related background is preferred.
Over 10+ years of relevant experience within medical/FMCG industry, at least 3 years of Injectables with strong relationship with customers.
Passionate about the Aesthetics industry and always ahead of the game with industry trends and innovation.
Effective at collaborating with cross-functional operations stakeholders to get buy-in and drive support for new ideas, products, and process.
Fluent English, both spoken & written. Excellent communication skills.
Positive, self-motivated and good at working under pressure.
Proficient in presentation skill (both on-stage & documentation).
