About the Role


We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced senior marketer to join our team as the Head of Marketing. The position will lead and direct the marketing department, across the Retirement Living, Residential Aged Care, In Home Care and Family and Children’s services.


The Head of Marketing will drive brand awareness, enhance profitability, and achieve marketing objectives by developing marketing plans, allocating resources, and achieving short-term and long-term goals. They will analyse consumer behaviour, identify market opportunities, and design branding strategies, as well as coordinate sales and marketing efforts and participate in company planning.


 


Key Duties:



  • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies for Digital, Advertising, Communications, and Creative teams.

  • Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for the Marketing Department to ensure optimal resource allocation.

  • Set, monitor, and report on team goals, showcasing leadership and performance evaluation skills.

  • Design branding, positioning, and pricing strategies to shape the Baptcare’s market presence.

  • Ensure a strong and consistent brand message across various channels and marketing efforts.

  • Analyse consumer behaviour and define customer personas to inform targeted marketing approaches.

  • Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.

  • Monitor competition, staying informed about acquisitions, pricing changes, and new products or features.

  • Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness.

  • Participate in quarterly and annual planning of company objectives, contributing to strategic direction.

  • Lead and develop Marketing Business partners, showcasing leadership capabilities.

  • Collaborate closely with the Customer Engagement Centre (CEC) team to evaluate key messaging and monitor the impact of marketing and sales initiatives on customer engagement.

You will ideally bring the following:



  • Relevant tertiary qualifications ibn Marketing or relevant field.

  • Proven experience in managing, leading, and motivating direct reports and cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.

  • Track record of effectively managing marketing budgets, optimising resource allocation, and delivering measurable ROI.

  • Demonstrated ability organising successful marketing campaigns.

  • Strong expertise in designing and implementing successful branding, positioning, and pricing strategies.

  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a consistent brand message across diverse channels and marketing initiatives.

  • Proven analytical skills in analysing consumer behaviour, defining customer personas, and identifying opportunities for market expansion.

  • Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce), web analytics, Google AdWords, and reporting tools to measure and communicate the impact of marketing and sales initiatives on customer engagement and overall business objectives.

  • Track record of staying ahead of industry trends, monitoring competition, and driving innovative marketing approaches.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex marketing strategies and initiatives to both internal and external stakeholders.
