So we're done with impressive resumes and slick pitches. We want someone who looks at a complex marketing machine and thinks: I've got this.

Rockwell Trading has been in business for over 20 years. We build financial education tools and software that help busy professionals create a second income stream through smart, systematic investing. Our flagship product, the PowerX Optimizer, is a premium software that takes the guesswork out of trading. It is priced at $2,497 and it sells. Our customers love it, and many of them go on to join our higher-level mastermind and coaching programs.

What the Job Actually Looks Like

Here is the honest version, straight from a recent conversation with our team:

We have campaigns running for new leads. We have existing customers we want to ascend to higher-tier programs. We have product launches that need execution. We have an email list, a text list, and a CRM that knows more about our customers than most companies ever will. We have a content resource, two GoHighLevel builders, and a tracking system we built from scratch because we didn't trust anyone else's numbers.

What we do not have is the person who sits at the center of all of it, owns the strategy, runs the Monday and Friday marketing meetings, writes or directs the copy, coordinates the team, and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks.

That is you.

A few things that are already handled so you can stop worrying about them: paid media and ad buying are covered. You are not inheriting that headache. What you are inheriting is everything else, and there is plenty of it.


You Are Probably a Fit If...

  • You have managed high-volume digital marketing campaigns and you actually liked it
  • You have sold premium software or high-ticket offers and you understand that funnel psychology
  • You have written copy or directed copywriters and know the difference between good and just okay
  • You are comfortable running meetings, reporting on metrics, and telling leadership the truth even when it is inconvenient
  • You have worked in a fast-moving, founder-led environment and thrived instead of burned out
  • You think in systems and love building the playbook, not just following someone else's
  • You like being held accountable, the good, the bad, and the ugly.

You Are Probably Not a Fit If...

  • You need six weeks to "assess the landscape" before doing anything
  • You are more comfortable presenting strategy decks than executing them
  • You have never touched GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, or anything like them
  • The words "customer ascension" or "LTV optimization" make your eyes glaze over
  • People annoy you and you hate leading.

The Role

  • Own the full marketing strategy from lead generation to customer ascension
  • Manage and coordinate an existing team (US, Argentina, Philippines)
  • Write and direct copy across email, landing pages, and campaigns
  • Run weekly marketing meetings and report directly to the CEO
  • Identify talent gaps and bring in the right resources when needed
  • Work closely with Markus on messaging, hooks, and campaign angles
