We have campaigns running for new leads. We have existing customers we want to ascend to higher-tier programs. We have product launches that need execution. We have an email list, a text list, and a CRM that knows more about our customers than most companies ever will. We have a content resource, two GoHighLevel builders, and a tracking system we built from scratch because we didn't trust anyone else's numbers.
What we do not have is the person who sits at the center of all of it, owns the strategy, runs the Monday and Friday marketing meetings, writes or directs the copy, coordinates the team, and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks.
